Luke was very responsive. He came on time and was super honest about the possibility of the dye stain not coming out and/or possibly resurfacing on my white headboard! All that said.. it did not resurface and is as good as new. I’m very pleased with his services. He even worked a good deal with me. I would recommend everyone to Resco!

Luke did a great job of cleaning the carpets. Friendly, quality service and kept in communication on timing of the carpet cleaning job. We had carpet in a room stains from a sick animal and he made the carpets look like new.

I can’t say enough about Luke and his team. We had a bathtub drain fail a couple of weekends ago. It flooded our downstairs living room. I called Luke at 11:30pm, he not only answered the phone, but talked me through the process. He did everything he said he would in a timely manner. Don’t hesitate to use them, they will take care of you.

Appreciate the prompt and thorough service with RESCO. Roof leak nightmare in the Citrus Heights area and Luke was able to arrive the next day with his team. They sectioned off the whole area and I had zippered access to get in and out while all the machinery dried everything out. Very knowledgeable, organized, and detail oriented. Definitely do not want to need anything like this again, but for a flood emergency, I would definitely recommend this company.
